The main communication is done through the task board and email. However, if the client wishes, we can schedule meetings every two weeks to update the project status and resolve doubts. The Growth plan includes strategic video calls to optimize the product. In no case will these meetings be in person.

To speed up the work and avoid delays, each request should be well-written, with enough information and context. Make sure to include:

✔ Necessary resources, such as texts, images, or technical specifications

If the information is insufficient, we will have to contact you for clarifications, which could delay the delivery. The clearer, the better and faster the result!

No, you can add as many requests as you need. They will be tackled one or two at a time depending on the plan you choose and always following the previously established priority order. It's important to note that when working on two requests at the same time, they should not belong to the same category and should be feasible to tackle. For example, we cannot start developing a website and designing it at the same time.

All requests are managed through our Trello board, where you can add, prioritize, and track each one.

If a request is too complex to be delivered in a single 48-72 hour cycle, we break it down into phases and plan progressive deliveries to ensure quality and speed.

We mainly work with Figma for UX/UI design, and in some cases with specific tools if the project requires it.

If you choose Webflow or Framer, we will mock up your design and implement it on the platform, ensuring everything works correctly. We do not include subscriptions to these tools, so you will need to cover the cost of the subscriptions. Additionally, we can help you with the setup and integration of external services if necessary through No-Code tools.

We work with React and Next.js with Typescript to develop modern and dynamic web interfaces. We focus on front-end mockups with interactions, but we do not perform API integrations (third-party or client-side), except in rare cases. This means that if you choose React.js development, you will need to have an internal or external development team to implement the necessary logic and integrations.

We make the necessary adjustments until the result is exactly what you need. We don't move forward until you're 100% satisfied.

Yes. We do not do branding, logos, 3D models, video and animation, animated graphics (gifs, etc.), print design, or backend development. If you have doubts about a specific request, consult us to ensure it's within our scope.

You can subscribe for one month and cancel after completing it, or choose the Custom plan for a one-time project with a fixed price.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. If you pause it, you will retain the remaining days of the subscription period and can reactivate it to continue when needed.

If you don't pause your subscription, the service will remain active, and you will continue to be charged. We recommend pausing it if you don't have requests in the queue to make the most of it. In no case will a refund be issued for unused time.

No, our fees cover only the services mentioned above. If your project requires third-party tools, you will need to have an active account on those platforms.

No, any paid assets (fonts, premium images, icons, illustrations, or third-party templates) must be purchased by the client. However, we will consult with you beforehand and always offer free alternatives.

When you subscribe, we offer a 7-day trial period to test the service and decide if you want to continue or not. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the money for the unused time. This only applies to the first month of subscription and not to subsequent months.

We always work to meet the established deadlines, but if a delivery is delayed due to high complexity, we will communicate it in advance. If for any reason attributable to us, it is not possible to meet the delivery, we will offer an alternative solution or a discount for the next cycle.
